We headed out to Idaho last weekend to hang out with G-Paps. The car ride was not that bad I only made mom and dad pull over once to feed me on the way there and on the way home I slept the whole time.
While in Idaho we had some really good food, dad and G-Paps went to play frisbee golf, we hung out at the firepit. I saw live animals up close for the first time. I saw horses, llamas, sheep, chickens and some other little critters.
My new cousin who I have been anxiously waiting for has finally arrived! Krew Zachary Eckman was born on August 19, 2008 at 11:19 pm to my Aunt Beth & Uncle Zach. My poor Aunt Beth was in labor all day before finding out around 10:00 pm that she had to have a c-section. But everything turned out just fine and little baby Diego aka Krew came out healthy and handsome as can be! We are going to be such good buddies!
I am smiling more & more everyday! I just melt mommy & daddy's hearts with my big grins. I like to make lots of funny faces too.
Also, Mom & Dad are trying to get a bedtime routine started for me so daddy reads me a story every night before bed. I love story time with my daddy!
Mom and Dad took me up Big Cottonwood Canyon near one of their favorite places and right across the street where Dad used to live. Its called Silver Lake.
We walked around the lake and I slept most of the time. The sun was bright but it felt so good outside. Around 80 degrees compared to the upper 90's in the valley. I will be coming up here all the time during the winter.
P.S. My mommy is beautiful.
Something about being in daddy's arms just makes me so comfy that I can sleep for hours!
